Where Can I Find Love and Rina Boutique in Person?
You can visit us in Ukiah and Shop Bonita Boutique at 180 West Church St Ukiah, CA. We also attend pop-up events. Follow us on Instagram for announcements on upcoming shows.

Jewelry Care and Materials

What Is the Material of My Jewelry?
We use high-quality 18K gold-filled, gold PVD-plated, and hypoallergenic materials. For full details on jewelry care, please visit our jewelry care and details page here.

Is Your Jewelry Hypoallergenic?
Yes, all our pieces are hypoallergenic, nickel-free, and lead-free. However, if you're sensitive to jewelry, we recommend exercising caution.

Do You Offer a Warranty on Jewelry?
Yes, we offer a 90-day warranty covering physical damages (excluding scratches and normal wear and tear). Replacements are extended as a one-time courtesy on a case-by-case basis. This warranty does not apply to clothing.

Returns

What If My Item Is Damaged or Defective?
All our pieces are carefully and thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure top quality. However, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at returns@shoploveandrina.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We'll review the issue and assist you with a solution. Please note that we are unable to address damages reported after 90 days."

What Items Are Eligible for Return?

  • Regular priced items are eligible for return.
  • Jewelry and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

What Is Your Return Policy?

  • We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from receiving your package to request a return.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unused, and with tags attached. Items that are damaged, contain pet hair, or have stains or odors will not be refunded.

How Do I Start a Return?

  • Email us at returns@shoploveandrina.com with "RETURNS" in the subject line. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package.
  • Please do not send back items without first contacting us for approval.
  • Once we receive and inspect your item, you will be notified of whether your return has been approved or denied within 2 days.

Do You Offer Exchanges?

  • We do not process exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order and return the original item using the steps mentioned above.

How Long Does a Refund Take?

  • After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund decision. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take a few days to post the refund.

What Are Your Shipping Rates and Times?

  • Standard Shipping (2-4 business days) – Free on orders $75+; $8.00 for orders under $75.
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days) – $25.00.
  • International Shipping is calculated at checkout. Please note, international orders may take 7-21 days to deliver. Love and Rina Boutique is not responsible for duties or import taxes.

When Will My Order Ship?
Orders are processed within 48 hours, and tracking details are emailed once shipped. Delivery times begin after the order is processed.

What If I Enter the Wrong Shipping Address?
Please email us immediately if you realize you’ve submitted the wrong address. Once shipped, we are not responsible for incorrect addresses.

What If I Have Delivery Problems?
We are not responsible for issues related to carriers. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly.
